The Women in Manufacturing Virginia Chapter (WiM VA) is offering a hands-on manufacturing exploration experience designed to ignite a young girl’s interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers. Our goal is to build a talent pipeline for manufacturing by introducing young girls to the STEM skills needed to pursue careers in manufacturing.
