Mentoring Program
The WIM VA Mentorship Program connects women in manufacturing with experienced industry leaders who provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Through a structured 12-month mentoring experience, participants build leadership skills, strengthen their confidence, and expand their professional networks.
The program is designed to help women identify and achieve career goals, grow personally and professionally, and prepare for future leadership opportunities within Virginia’s manufacturing industry.
By fostering meaningful mentor-mentee relationships and promoting knowledge sharing, the program empowers participants to reach their full potential and advance their careers.

SUPPORT WIM VIRGINIA
WIM Virginia programming is only possible because of our members’ financial support, which provides the resources that women manufacturing professionals need to realize their potential, gain the career and leadership skills they need, personally develop, and thrive in manufacturing.
Please support WIM VA by making a tax-deductible gift to the Virginia Industry Foundation (VIF), which is our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Thank you to our sponsors!
