About WiM-Virginia
WiM-Virginia is dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who are pursuing or have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. Our Leadership Council is made up of representatives from Virginia Manufacturers Association member companies, including AdvanSix, Alliance Engineering, Altria, Ashland, Evonik, kaleo, Newport News Shipbuilding, Philip Morris USA, and Stihl, responsible for programming oversight in four key areas: Mentoring, Professional & Youth Outreach, Professional Development, Events and Community Engagement. We are the Virginia state affiliate of Women in Manufacturing®.
